Cancellations:
For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged.

Refund:
After commencement of travel, no refund either full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in the program.

Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other natural calamities beyond their control must be borne by the tourists. However, Taw Win Travel Co.,Ltd. will always make full endeavor to keep up the original tour programs and arrangements.
